Job Summary

• 岗位职责
• 负责电子产品测试工装及辅助设备的设计开发，包括：

• ICT测试治具
• FCT测试治具
• EOL测试工装
• 老化测试夹具
• 气动测试夹具
• 测量检具
• 自动化测试工装

• 根据测试需求独立完成工装方案设计、3D结构设计及工程图纸输出。 与测试工程师协同完成测试方案验证及工装开发。 负责工装打样、试产验证及问题改善。 跟进工装制造、组装、调试及验收过程。 对测试过程中发现的问题进行分析改善，提高测试效率和稳定性。 建立和维护工装设计标准、技术文档及BOM资料。
• 任职要求
• 教育背景
• 本科及以上学历； 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造相关专业。
• 工作经验
• 3年以上机械设计经验； 具有测试工装夹具设计实际项目经验； 有电子产品测试行业背景优先。
• 专业技能
• 测试工装设计能力（重点要求）
• 熟悉ICT、FCT测试工装设计原理； 熟悉Pogo Pin、针床、定位机构设计； 熟悉气动夹紧机构设计； 熟悉测试工装可靠性和重复定位设计； 熟悉测试治具结构优化及维护方案； 具有多项目并行开发经验。
• 机械设计能力
• 熟悉机械结构设计原理； 熟悉公差分析及尺寸链设计； 熟悉工程图规范及装配设计； 能独立完成测试夹具开发全过程。
• 制造工艺能力
• 熟悉CNC加工工艺； 熟悉机械零件加工及装配流程； 了解钣金加工、3D打印及机加工工艺； 具备DFM设计能力。
• 软件能力
• 熟练使用以下一种或多种设计工具：

• SolidWorks
• Creo（Pro/E）
• Inventor
• AutoCAD

• 能够独立完成3D建模及工程图输出。
• 语言能力
• 具备良好的英文读写能力； 能阅读英文规格书、测试要求及技术资料； 可进行日常技术沟通。
• 加分项
• 熟悉ICT/FCT测试系统； 熟悉Agilent、Keysight、Teradyne等测试平台配套治具开发； 了解自动化测试设备设计； 熟悉传感器、气动元件及电控基础知识； 有EMS工厂、消费电子、汽车电子行业经验。
