• Part-time on Days (7a-3p) includes every other weekend
• Full & PT Evening Shift (3p-11p) includes every other weekend
• Full & PT NOC (11p-7a) includes every other weekend

• $35-$39 PER HOUR Depending on Benefits Selected
• $2/hour Shift Differentials for Evenings & Overnights
• $2/hr bonus when assigned to work Complex Care/Respiratory Unit

Requirements

of the Licensed Practical Nurse

• Current LPN license from the State of Illinois
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Documentation a PLUS!
• Previous experience in a Short or Long-Term Care facility or LTACH preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
