Palantir Maestro - Fractional Advisor

Xenon7 is looking for a Fractional Palantir Maestro / Advisor to support senior-level client conversations, Maestro activation and governance, and Palantir-centered advisory work for enterprise accounts.

This is a part-time advisory role, ideal for someone who has deployed Palantir Foundry/Maestro at scale, built operational workflows on the platform, and advised large organizations on governance, data modeling, and change management. The expected commitment is around 10–20 hours per month on an advisory retainer (US-based candidates only).

Responsibilities

• Join sales and discovery conversations with CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, and business stakeholders at Palantir-first enterprises.
• Advise on Maestro/Foundry architecture, data model design, and operationalization patterns that accelerate value capture.
• Scope and oversee Maestro activation sprints, including feasibility, implementation approach, stakeholder alignment, and adoption planning.
• Design and validate agentic/workflow orchestration on Palantir Maestro, integrating operational systems, data pipelines, and business processes.
• Provide guidance on enterprise governance, access control, compliance, and security best practices specific to Palantir deployments.
• Review client proposals and technical roadmaps to ensure pragmatic, scalable, and supportable Palantir solutions.
• Support Xenon7 partnership and vendor conversations to strengthen credibility with Palantir field teams and integrator partners.
• US citizenship or lawful work authorization in the United States (US-only candidates).
• Advanced academic background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s preferred, PhD a plus.
• Deep, hands-on experience implementing Palantir Foundry and Maestro in enterprise contexts—data modeling, pipeline development, operational workflows, and deployment at scale.
• Proven record of scoping and delivering Maestro/Foundry activation or transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, RBAC, compliance, security, and change management for mission-critical Palantir systems.
• Experience integrating Maestro with downstream systems (ERP, CRM, BI, ML platforms) and designing sustainable operational handoffs.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of Data, business owners) and translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Bonus: former Palantir employee, Palantir Partner/SI experience, or experience running internal Maestro/Foundry centers of excellence.
• Advisory retainer at USD $100/hour.
• Fractional advisory engagement: approximately 10–20 hours per month.
• Remote-first arrangement (US-based).
