Position Summary

The Hospitality Aide supports the Nursing Department by assisting residents with non-clinical needs and helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role serves as an important resource for residents, families, nursing staff, and visitors by providing excellent customer service and ensuring residents' daily comfort and safety.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Previous healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or caregiving experience is a plus
• Desire to work with the senior population

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
