Job Description

Operate press brake - This is a Second Shift Position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and understand bending blueprints
  • Maintain and manage machine as well as tooling for cleanliness and safety
  • Provide quality and timely workmanship on each work order
  • Set up tooling, load programs and set machine parameters
  • Ability to efficiently use various welding techniques on stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum in all positions
  • Proficient in laying out, positioning and fitting up components prior to welding
  • Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and associated welding symbols and callouts
  • Ability to read and understand bills of material and charge material electronically

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years press brake experience
  • Proficient computer skills for data input
  • Experience with CNC press
  • 2+ years welding and fabrication experience
