Responsibilities

• Drive sales by contacting potential clients through lead follow-up and cold calling
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about Sync Brokerage's services and offerings
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve set targets and quotas
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on approaches to reach potential clients
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Aptitude for learning and utilizing new technology tools
