Job Description Summary
The Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing the full lifecycle of licensing documentation submitted to regulators. This role coordinates regulatory submittals, manages licensing documentation, and supports Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration across licensing programs. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between engineering, regulatory affairs, project management teams and configuration management teams.
Job Description
The Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Project Coordinator, will
- Coordinate and track regulatory submittals, correspondence, and licensing action items from initiation through closure.
- Support preparation, review, submission, and retention of licensing documents.
- Collaborate with quality, legal, and product teams to gather required information and support cross-functionally to ensure licensing guidelines are maintained.
- Maintain product traceability by accurately entering and managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to support licensing documentation retention and team-wide compliance.
- Help support and drive procedural adequacy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure team procedures remain current, compliant and effective.
- Navigating AI-assisted tools to organize, index, and retrieve documents, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage coordination of licensing team and customer meetings.
- Lead LEAN initiatives

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $69,600.00 and $104,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
