YOU
As a receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel. You will manage a multi-line telephone system, coordinate visitor access and security procedures, and provide administrative support while delivering professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, professionally answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments and personnel. (50%)
- Manage the visitor check-in process, including issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, directing visitors, notifying employees of arrivals, and ensuring compliance with company security and safety procedures. (15%)
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. (10%)
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Office and Events Team, including data entry, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as assigned. (10%)
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and support other office communication needs. (5%)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized reception area in accordance with company policies and procedures. (5%)
- Support business operations through effective communication and documentation, including communicating irregularities, tracking ongoing needs, and facilitating continuity among work teams. (5%)
Assist in the execution of special tasks and projects as needed.

- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and commitment to completing assignments in a timely manner.
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), general office equipment, and working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Basic administrative, clerical, and data entry skills.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Gallatin, TN.
RELOCATION

PAY
$19.00 – $26.39 / hour
