ROOM ATTENDANT and PUBLIC ATTENDANT

for Tagum and Davao

ROOM ATTENDANT

*Responsibilities:*

• Clean, sanitize, and make up guest rooms based on hotel standards
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Report damages, lost & found items, and maintenance issues
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry, linen room, and service areas

*Qualifications:*

• At least graduate related course
• With experience – fresh grads welcome, will train
• TESDA NC II Housekeeping is an advantage but not required
• Physically fit, can lift up to 15kg and stand for long hours
• Honest, detail-oriented, and good team player
• Willing to work shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays

PUBLIC ATTENDANT

*Respomsibilities*

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas
• Assisting guests with inquiries and basic requests
• Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring safety standards are followed
• Supporting setups for events and daily operations

*Qualifications:*

• High School/Senior High School graduate
• With experience in housekeeping
• Physically fit and able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented
• TESDA NC II Housekeeping is a plus but not required
