Design & Marketing Associate

We are looking for a highly creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented Design & Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Manager in delivering high-impact marketing, brand, design, content, and campaign initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in graphic and multimedia design, but also confident in using AI tools to enhance design output, improve creative workflows, generate campaign concepts, and support modern marketing execution .

The successful candidate should be able to move comfortably between design production, marketing support, content development, campaign execution, internal communications, digital marketing assets, and event planning . They should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, understand how marketing functions operate, and be able to contribute ideas that support brand awareness, lead generation, employee engagement, and business growth.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Gauteng, supporting multidisciplinary creative and marketing requirements across digital, print, video, internal communications, events, and brand campaigns.
