Senior Designer - AI Creative & Content Production

For this project, the selected candidate will

• ● Develop creative concepts and visual designs for content production initiatives.
• ● Use AI tools to generate, refine, and enhance creative assets.
• ● Write effective prompts to achieve high-quality AI-generated imagery and video.
• ● Produce and polish creative deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite.
• ● Collaborate with the creative team to execute projects efficiently while maintaining a high design standard.
• ● Iterate on creative assets based on feedback and project requirements.

Ideal candidates will have

● Extensive experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director with a strong portfolio.

● Expert-level prompting skills and hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Kling, Magnific, Veo 3, and similar platforms.

● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

● Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities.

● A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Experience working in fast-paced creative or content production environments.

This is a project-based engagement. The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately two months starting August through September, with the potential to extend into a longer-term project beginning in January 2027. The freelancer should be available to work onsite three days per week (Monday through Wednesday) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
