About The Role

What you'll do

Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and steering across business units
Create transparency on business impact, outcomes, risks, and dependencies
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to enable evidence-based decision-making
Support leadership with meaningful insights, portfolio analyses, and recommendations
Continuously improve portfolio management processes and leverage modern technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Facilitate alignment on different flight levels
Foster a culture of accountability, value creation, and continuous improvement

What you'll need

First experience in portfolio management, PMO, project management, business operations, strategy, or a related field
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills paired with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude
Curiosity about AI, digital technologies, and innovative ways of working
A solid understanding of how business decisions translate into measurable impact and outcomes
The ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for optimization
Fluency in English. German preferred
Understands that portfolio management is about creating value, not maintaining spreadsheets
A strong sense for what truly matters to the business
