About The Role
Develop and implement policies, plans and procedures in order to achieve the organization’s operation and manufacture objectives. Direct, organize and control operational and manufacturing activities in the plant Drive and provide the leadership in safety, health, environmental and regulatory affairs initiatives. Maintain required standards. Submit both short and long term forecasts and budgets Authorize the capital and operating expenditures within the approved budget Execute capital projects per plan Maintain required product and /or service quality standards Ensure good maintenance of all plant equipment, tools, buildings and other assets in the plant Overall facility management for the plant from regulatory, safety, security and policy point of view. Cultivate and maintain the relationship with local authorities (economic zone, local agencies) Cultivate and maintain the relationship with local community (Tieshangang district, Neighbor) At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
