Regulatory Coordinator

• Job Title:  Regulatory Coordinator 
• Job Type: Permanent 
• Location: Oldbury 
• Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 
• Salary:  £29,000 pa 
• Industry: Business Assurance 

Overview of the role

• Working withing either the Food or Medical Device team providing administrative support for auditors and internal teams
• Working on highly critical documentation, ensuring all items are fully compliant  
• Maintaining accurate records, systems, and documentation
• Liaising with customers, providing support and essential updates 

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience in a coordination role, ideally within a highly regulated environment 

You will also have the following experience

• Proven experience working in an administrative environment  
• High levels of proficiency using MS packages (specifically excel) and CRM's 
• Experience of creating, maintaining and extracting data 
• High levels of accuracy in regards to documentation creation
