Deputy Factory Manager

JOB DUTIES

Your primary responsibilities

• Oversee production delivery at the Thailand factory, encompassing manufacturing, processes, equipment, quality control, and logistics;
• Liaise with clients to address customer-side issues or coordinate with headquarters on quality and delivery matters.
• Are Thai nationals, proficient in both Thai and Mandarin.
• Possess over three years' experience in automotive parts quality management and production delivery oversight.
• Demonstrate decisiveness and initiative in problem-solving.

As the Chinese-appointed factory manager excels in production management, we seek a candidate with automotive parts industry expertise, skilled in client relations and resolving customer-facing quality issues.

• Flexible working hours with statutory Thai public holidays observed.
