Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is a three-day experience designed to provide early exposure to careers in finance and business . T hrough interactive workshops, business overviews, technical skill-building sessions, case studies, mentorship opportunities , and networking events, participants will gain insight into Blackstone’s businesses, culture, and the investment process.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with professionals across Blackstone, connect with members of our Employee Resource Groups, and learn about the skills and experiences that contribute to our success in the industry. Participants will also learn more about Blackstone’s Summer Analyst opportunities and the recruiting process.

Blackstone’s Future Leaders Program is open to current sophomores graduating betwee n Fall 2028 – Spring 2029 , who are interested in exploring careers in financial services. Participation in the program does not guarantee an interview or employment.

Qualifications

To be considered for the 2026 Future Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria

  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2028 – Spring 2029
  • Available to attend the program in New York in its entirety from Tuesday, December 1 through Thursday, December 3
  • Complete all steps in the application process, inclusive of Pymetrics Games and Digital Interview by the application deadline
