1. Complete basic training program in the following categories: Employee orientation, cGMP, Safety, and

PCI forklift licensing program.

1. Maneuver a forklift (either a standard electric "sit down" fork truck or a double reach "stand up" material

• handling truck) expediently, skillfully and safely while transporting full or partial pallet loads of material
• throughout the plant, and into/out of rack fixtures.

1. Accurately record electronically, the movements of pallets of material.
2. Able to perform, as a minimum, the following basic Warehouse functions in the Enterprise Resource

• Planning (ERP) system; Inspection, Receiving to Stock, Inventory Transfer, material Issuance to Work
• Order, Return to Stock, WIP (Work In Process) Move, Finished Goods Move.

1. Assess and unload deliveries per applicable SOP's and work practices.
2. Maintains housekeeping standards.
3. Overtime hours and weekends as required.
4. Must have the ability to read and respond to emails as required.
5. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
6. Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
7. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position

• Skills testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common

computer programs.

• Limited Working Proficiency: The ability to satisfy routine social demands and limited work requirements.

• The ability to read simple prose, in a form equivalent to typescript or printing, on subjects within a familar
