Sales Operation Manager- Bilingual (Korean/ English)

About The Role
- Prepare and process shipping documents for export/import transactions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute activities to ensure the availability of commodities and raw materials
- Manage inventory, materials movement, and order fulfillment in coordination with logistics, operations, customer service, and purchasing teams
- Maintain and update inventory and materials movement records in the database/ERP system 
- Process all procedures of purchase, sales and expenses
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventories
- Monitor and manage credit limits for buyers, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist in monthly closing activities
- Perform other related work as assigned
- Travel up to 1-3 times a year
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP ECC 6.0) is preferred
