About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Accounting & Tax Associate  to join our team. This position will support a broad range of accounting, tax, insurance, surety bond, and management-related activities.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working with numbers and financial information. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of corporate finance and accounting.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Accounting & Tax Support
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and related financial reports in accordance with  U.S. GAAP.
- Assist with the preparation of federal and state tax filings and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Perform account reconciliations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with cost analysis, P&L analysis, and other financial analyses as needed.
- Support other accounting and finance-related projects as assigned.

- Insurance & Surety Bond Administration
- Manage the renewal and administration of credit insurance policies.
- Support the issuance, renewal, and administration of surety bonds required for business operations.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers, surety providers, and internal stakeholders regarding policy and bond requirements.
- Track insurance and guarantee-related costs and maintain accurate records.

- Investment Portfolio & Management Support
- Track the performance of existing investment projects and prepare periodic management reports.
- Monitor investment fund disbursement and recovery status.
- Review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist with management reporting and other business analysis as needed.
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and/or U.S. federal and state taxation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
