About the Role
To drive profitable business growth through account follow-up, pipeline management, customer engagement and the execution of strategic growth initiatives. The role acts as a key link between Sales, Business Units, Marketing and Operations, ensuring opportunities, projects and business plans are effectively executed and translated into measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies and business initiatives.
- Drive customer follow-up and opportunity management to maximize conversion and business performance.
- Work closely with Sales teams on account planning and identifying growth opportunities.
- Communicate value propositions, business initiatives, and growth programs to stakeholders.
- Engage directly with customers to support business development activities when needed.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking within CRM tools.
- Monitor pipeline progression, opportunity status, and growth initiative execution.
- Prepare business reviews, dashboards, performance reports, and executive presentations.
- Track KPIs, campaign results, risks, and opportunities, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Units.
- Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Support the implementation of new tools, processes, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and act as a key coordination point between stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Escalate risks and issues that could impact business growth objectives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Account Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong customer and commercial focus.
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive action plans.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
