Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for directing food preparation and collaboration with the Executive Chef.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement

3 years experience is required. Excellent customer service skills required.

c. Minimum License Requirement

• HACCP knowledge required. Serve Safe certified required within six months of employment.
• Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.

Pay Range

$29.55 - $44.32
