Heartland Imaging is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator I to join our outpatient imaging center in Elizabethtown, KY .

Position Details

Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30 AM–9:00 PM
Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Job Summary

The Patient Coordinator helps provide a positive experience for patients while supporting the daily operations of the imaging center.

Responsibilities include

Greeting and checking in patients
Registering patients and verifying information
Answering phones and assisting with questions
Scheduling appointments
Managing medical records and documentation
Supporting the imaging center team with general office duties

Requirements

EDUCATION

To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to work independently and multitask.
Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
