Job Description

As part of our Entry-Level Engineer Intern Program, you will gain hands-on experience working with next-generation wireless technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers on real-world product testing, validation, and deployment activities. This program is designed to develop future engineering talent and provide a pathway for growth within WNC.

Key Responsibilities

Telecom System V&V Validation/Verification Field Support & Testing : Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G NR) through active field testing and validation.
System Integration Product & Field Feedback: Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance.

Academic Requirements

Degree: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering , or a related technical field.
Relevant Coursework/Projects:
Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna , NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
