About The Role

Work Schedule

Per Diem, 7:00am-5:00pm also covering 1 weekend per month or as needed. You will work at UW Health N. Bell School Rd. Clinic 3505 N. Bell School Rd.

Additional components of compensation may include

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

1 year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
