In this high-volume recruiting environment, you'll source candidates, conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to hire.

- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation.
- Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to stay focused and productive in a remote work environment.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high workload.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required.
