Operational, Change & Risk Oversight

  • Partner with Operations, Financial Statements, Tax and Investor Relations teams to coordinate delivery across the client lifecycle
  • Work with the integration team to establish and oversee plans for new client onboarding, setup and transition
  • Lead client-facing initiatives and change programmes, ensuring new services, processes or enhancements are implemented effectively
  • Maintain a clear view of client health and risk through the CRM and relevant reporting processes
  • Lead client risk management activity, including Client Risk Assessments where appropriate
  • Provide senior oversight of service trends, risks, priorities and key developments across the portfolio

People & Leadership

  • Provide visible leadership across client service and partner teams, setting clear expectations for quality, accountability and collaboration
  • Lead, develop and support professionals involved in client delivery, creating an environment in which teams can perform effectively
  • Influence across functions and senior stakeholder groups to resolve issues, deliver change and support sustainable growth

What We're Looking For

You are a commercially minded and collaborative senior leader who builds credibility with clients and colleagues. You are comfortable operating at C-suite level, making considered decisions and remaining close to the detail when a client or team needs support. You bring:

  • 15+ years of private assets experience gained within a fund administrator, private equity fund or closely related environment
  • Strong leadership capability, including experience supervising, developing and influencing other professionals
  • A record of managing complex senior client relationships with professionalism, clarity and sound judgement
  • Commercial experience across negotiation, business planning, budgeting, profitability and margin analysis
  • Well-developed project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach for clients, colleagues and senior leadership

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree-level education (bachelor’s or master’s) in Accounting or a related field
  • Significant senior-level experience in private assets fund administration or a closely related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading client service, commercial, operational and risk priorities in a complex environment
