As a Senior Vice President in Client Services, you will be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery for a portfolio of key private equity clients. You will shape and lead the client service strategy, build lasting relationships at the most senior levels, and ensure our clients consistently experience the quality and reliability Citco is known for. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, operational leadership, and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship & Service Excellence

  • Lead and implement a client service programme that sets clear standards and delivers a consistently high-quality experience for key clients
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers, visiting clients regularly to understand their priorities and evaluate service quality
  • Establish, manage and monitor client service level agreements, supported by meaningful management information and KPI reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in client calls and oversee reporting delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with agreed requirements
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex client issues, guiding resolution with a calm, solutions-focused approach

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth across the business line
  • Oversee accounts receivable for the client portfolio and support the timely collection of fees
  • Contribute to business development pitches and presentations for both prospective and existing clients

Operational, Change & Risk Oversight

  • Monitor service levels, profitability, and resourcing across the business line, proactively addressing any negative trends
  • Establish and maintain a Risk Management Framework, including quality control reviews and continuous risk assessment of funds under administration
  • Provide monthly reporting on operational risk, key developments, and project status
  • Record a clear view of client health and risk through the CRM and relevant reporting processes
  • Lead a proactive response to regulatory and industry changes, driving relevant initiatives across Citco Fund Services

People & Leadership

  • Manage, develop, and support team members to ensure the effective running of the department
  • Participate in the review of departmental procedures and policies, and support the team in adhering to them
  • Contribute to and lead cross-functional projects as the business continues to grow and evolve

What We're Looking For

You are a confident, collaborative leader who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on client focus. You are comfortable engaging at the most senior levels while also supporting your team's day-to-day success. You bring:

  • 12+ years of private equity experience gained within a fund administrator, private equity fund or closely related environments
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a track record of building high-performing, engaged groups
  • The ability to manage complex client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
  • A sound understanding of risk management principles and how to apply them in a fund services context
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them
  • Excellent communication skills — you can adapt your style whether you're presenting to a client, mentoring a team member, or navigating a complex issue

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree-level education (bachelor's or master's) in Accounting or a related field
  • Significant experience in financial services, ideally within fund accounting, operations, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams at a senior level
  • Familiarity with private assets fund structures is a must
  • Strong risk awareness and experience working within governance or compliance frameworks

Ways of Working

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while remaining closely connected to clients, delivery teams and senior leadership. You will collaborate across Fund Accounting, Operations, Financial Statements, Tax, Investor Relations, Integration and Sales. Your decisions will be informed, commercially aware and client-centred, and you will be expected to provide visible leadership through complex issues, change and growth.
