About The Role

Role Purpose

The Service Campaign Engineer is responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and reporting service campaigns across the Peru and Chile markets

Based in Colombia, this role ensures campaigns are executed accurately and on time, with the necessary parts, systems, documentation, and dealer communication in place to achieve compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Service Campaign Management

  • Coordinate the launch and execution of service campaigns across assigned markets.
  • Ensure campaign requirements, documentation, and system configurations are completed prior to launch.
  • Activate and manage campaigns through platforms such as GCAMP, PTS, and BullsEye.
  • Monitor campaign progress and resolve implementation issues proactively.

Compliance, Reporting & Regulatory Support

  • Track campaign performance and dealer compliance against established targets.
  • Prepare monthly KPI and compliance reports for dealers and management.
  • Support quarterly regulatory reporting and coordinate with legal service providers.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Parts Planning & Availability

  • Analyze campaign requirements and forecast parts demand.
  • Coordinate with Parts and Logistics teams to ensure availability and timely importation of required components.
  • Identify supply risks and implement corrective actions to support campaign completion.

Dealer Network Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding campaign execution.
  • Communicate campaign requirements, deadlines, and performance results.
  • Provide guidance and support to improve dealer compliance and campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze campaign KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Present campaign performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Support process improvements that enhance campaign management efficiency and data accuracy.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Capability

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in after-sales, technical service, warranty, campaigns, or dealer network operations.
  • Exposure to campaign management, reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis is highly preferred.

Technical Strength

  • Strong understanding of automotive service operations and dealer networks.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms and reporting systems.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English required.
