We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to

Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broking business, systems in force and practice(s) that you are responsible for
Complete the tasks assigned with a high level of quality and within allocated time
Communicate progress to supervisors and highlight any escalations, on a timely basis
Support supervisors(s) in knowledge codification and transfer through effective documentation
Share best practice knowledge with team members
Partner with managers to improve efficiency and quality
Follow up with managers/brokers/ practice data experts in case of ambiguities / questions

What you need to have

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
High degree of comfort in capturing data from both structured (systems/files/tables etc.) and unstructured (documents) data sources on an everyday basis
Attention to detail and holding yourself to high standards of accuracy and timeliness
Identifying errors and gaps in raw data and performing data cleaning, manipulation, validation and processing as a part of daily operations
MUST have a strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL along with an excellent ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Additional skills in Power BI, Python or Tableau is a plus
