About The Role

The team member in this position is responsible for serving guests in banquets and setting up and breakdown of events.

Responsible for set-up and breakdown of all banquet functions to include fixtures, accessories, glassware, tableware and other supplies.
Clean-up and secure banquet equipment.
Able to serve many guests.
Responsible for fulfilling customer requests for food, beverages, etc.
Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
Serving experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to bend, lift, walk, stand, and twist as required.
Pulling/ Pushing Up to 500lbs with help.

Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.
Maintain all required certifications.
Complete all required company training.
Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays .
