What you’ll be doing

Develop, test, and maintain software applications with guidance from senior team members.
Support product development and AI initiatives (integrating tools/APIs, prototyping features).
Provide client support by troubleshooting issues and answering technical questions.
Collaborate across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.

We’re looking for someone who has

We are currently looking for an entry-level professional to join our Outsourcing IT team in NYC with experience in data analytics and programming with a technical business background and eager to grow across software development, product development, and applied AI while supporting our clients.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, MIS, software development, technical business or related fields
0-2 years recent public accounting or outsourcing IT experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Final Graduation of May 2026
Experience with Python, Power BI, Javascript, and SQL a plus
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software fundamentals.
Coursework or experience in client/technical support, AI/ML, or product development.
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
