About The Role

As an ISC Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage repair operations during the second shift within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will ensure efficient operation processes, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet operation goals and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the production line, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a productive and engaged workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities on the 2nd shift to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance to resolve production issues and improve workflow.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 4+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage shift operations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools to optimize production efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain or integrated supply chain environments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
