PeakMade is a collection of real estate brands committed to building communities that put people first. That means when something is PeakMade, it’s not only built upon expertise and experience, it’s built upon a foundation of community.

Since 2011 when our predecessor company, Peak Campus was founded, we’ve earned a reputation as being a leader and trusted partner in student housing. That same commitment to excellence has extended the PeakMade approach to the management and development of multi-family and built to rent communities. We specialize in creating exceptional moments in the everyday lives of our residents, prospects, partners, and teams.

We are in the people business. We serve our teams, residents, clients and partners. We are driven by five key mindsets that influence our culture, growth and quality of work. These mindsets provide a compass for what it means to be PeakMade.

PEOPLE MATTER MOST. And we mean all people. We own our responsibility to learn more about the differences that make us stronger, engage and advocate for marginalized groups of people and cultivate mutual respect with our teams, our residents, and our clients.
