Inventory Planning Full Time Training Program - 2027
AEO · Pittsburgh, PA, United States
About The Role
Get to Know the Role
The Inventory Planning Training Program is a robust 16 week rotational training program that gives you exposure to multiple areas of a corporate Inventory Planning team. Teammates will complete two rotations in two departments within Inventory Planning. During each rotation, you will have classroom training that you will then implement on the job. At the end of the program, you will then have the opportunity to be placed in a department within Inventory Planning in either of our two brands – AE or aerie.
The Inventory Planning department ensures that the AEO customer has what they want, when they want it, and where they need it. They determine appropriate levels of merchandise to send to each and every store. You will be responsible for replenishing store inventory levels based upon shipment received, as well as maintaining a well-balanced inventory in direct proportion to sales. Inventory Planners interpret and analyze inventory and sales reports, to make logical and profitable business decisions.
