We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts.
Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process.
Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process.
Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions
Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements.
0-1 year of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative.
Experience in payment operations or financial services is a plus, but not required.
Amenable to a work on-site 3 days per week in our BGC office.
Monthly salary range: PHP22,000 - PHP23,000
