About The Role

Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts
Actively seek out and establish new customer accounts
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Coordinate with distributor partners to ensure availability of products
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating as needed
Attend trade shows, conventions, and meetings to promote the company and its products
Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, potential growth opportunities, and the competitive landscape
Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies and improve performance

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in distribution channel sales, dealer development, or retail sales; experience in building materials or construction chemica ls is preferred.
Good understanding of distributor and retailer operations, territory coverage, and customer relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
Very good English reading and writing.
