Distribution Sales Specialist

They have the following duties and responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts
• Actively seek out and establish new customer accounts
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Coordinate with distributor partners to ensure availability of products
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Identify and resolve client concerns, escalating as needed
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and meetings to promote the company and its products
• Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, potential growth opportunities, and the competitive landscape
• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies and improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in distribution channel sales, dealer development, or retail sales; experience in building materials or construction chemica ls is preferred.
• Good understanding of distributor and retailer operations, territory coverage, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
• Very good English reading and writing.
