2 x RevOps Analyst roles available

Help shape a brand new function and influence how Netwealth grows.

Revenue Operations is a newly established function at Netwealth, created to help us accelerate growth, improve client outcomes and unlock opportunities across the entire adviser lifecycle. The team sits within Group Finance, but works across Sales, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Product and Client Services to answer some of the business' most important questions: Where are we losing momentum? What is slowing revenue growth? How do we create a better adviser experience? And how do we help our teams focus on the opportunities that matter most?

We're now looking for two Revenue Operations Specialists to join the team. While both roles share a common goal of driving revenue growth, they bring different strengths. One role is focused on commercial insights, analytics and uncovering growth opportunities. The other is focused on turning insights into action through process improvement, initiative delivery and operational execution. Together, these roles will help build the foundations of Revenue Operations at Netwealth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a traditional analyst role.

You'll join at the early stages of a function that is still being built and have the chance to influence how Revenue Operations evolves across the organisation. Revenue Operations supports the entire adviser and client lifecycle, from generating leads and improving sales effectiveness through to onboarding, retention and reducing revenue leakage. The work is highly visible, commercially focused and directly connected to Netwealth's DX30 growth ambitions.

Depending on your strengths, you may spend more time uncovering insights and identifying opportunities, or driving initiatives that translate those insights into measurable business outcomes. Either way, you'll work on challenges that genuinely move the needle.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth across the adviser and client lifecycle
  • Build reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks that create a single source of truth across the business
  • Analyse commercial, operational and customer data to uncover trends, risks and growth opportunities
  • Map processes, identify friction points and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and client outcomes
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategic Accounts, Client Services and Finance stakeholders
  • Measure initiative success, track benefits realisation and ensure outcomes deliver meaningful business value

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Process Improvement or a similar function
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and Power BI skills are essential
  • Comfortable working with large, complex or fragmented data sets and turning them into practical insights
  • Naturally curious and confident challenging assumptions to uncover better ways of working
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring people on the journey
  • Growth minded, eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to help build something new

You might already be working in Revenue Operations, or this could be the step into your next career opportunity. We're open to people who have transferable experience and the capability to grow into the role.
