About The Role

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting CII’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), focusing on HR system configuration support, integration monitoring, reporting, and dashboard creation. Provides essential HRIS support to meet the needs of the HR department across all functional areas. Collaborates with the HRIS Director, Senior HRIS Analyst, and other stakeholders to support technical solutions that align with the department’s and agency’s business objectives.

DUTIES

SUMMARY

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting CII’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), focusing on HR system configuration support, integration monitoring, reporting, and dashboard creation. Provides essential HRIS support to meet the needs of the HR department across all functional areas. Collaborates with the HRIS Director, Senior HRIS Analyst, and other stakeholders to support technical solutions that align with the department’s and agency’s business objectives .

  • Collaborates with the HRIS Director, the Senior HRIS Analyst, and business stakeholders to gather business requirements and support the translation of those requirements into technical solutions; shares the input to support data integrity, administrative efficiency, and user experience.
  • Supports the implementation and maintenance of HR system configurations, integrations/APIs, reports, and dashboards, including assisting with requirements gathering, testing, deployment activities, enhancements, and file archiving.
  • Participates in HR system initiatives, including software releases and enhancement efforts, by completing assigned tasks, supporting testing, and contributing to documentation.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within HR systems by adhering to established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Creates standard and ad hoc reports, supports end users with reporting needs, and provides data outputs for operational and business decision-making.
  • Troubleshoots HR system issues with leaders, business partners, and service providers; supports follow-ups and testing solutions.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of human resources systems experience, including Workday HCM, required.
  • Exposure to project work or system-related initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science or systems & network administration from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reliable transportation to and from worksites as needed
  • In-person attendance at any CII location may be required based on department, operational, or organizational needs.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Maintains client and employee privacy, including protecting the confidentiality, safeguarding the integrity and availability, and limiting the use and disclosure of patient Protected Health Information (PHI) to authorized individuals and entities.
  • Participates in, conducts, and sustains performance quality improvement activities according to designated role and responsibilities.
  • Sensitivity to service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understands CII’s basic philosophy and participates fully in carrying out its mission

COMPENSATION

$73,601.00 USD - $85,469.00 USD

In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is included in this posting. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth. CII salaries are determined based on comprehensive internal and external market analysis, as well as the skills, education, and experience relevant to each position.
