Key Responsibilities

Perform routine analysis of multi-omics datasets
Execute standard workflows for QC, normalization, annotation, and result generation
Develop and maintain R scripts / lightweight analytical tools
Prepare tables, figures, and summaries for internal team use
Maintain clear documentation for reproducibility and traceability
Collaborate within the team to support timely delivery

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Statistics, Computer Science , or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in bioinformatics or multi-omics analysis
Practical experience with R, Python, and Linux/Unix
Experience in R tool or script development
Familiarity with NGS and/or multi-omics analysis workflows
Strong teamwork and documentation skills
