About The Role
๐ Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Personal Injury) On-site position in Zone 10 We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Case Manager to oversee cases from intake through resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient case handling, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience managing Personal Injury cases and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
๐น Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from initiation through closure, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met Assess case needs and develop tailored action plans Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders Monitor case progress and provide timely updates Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Identify risks or delays and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation Provide professional, empathetic client support and manage escalations Prepare reports, summaries, and performance metrics Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and active cases Problem-solving and analytical thinking High attention to detail Client-centered mindset and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with case management systems, CRM tools, and MS Office

1โ3 years of experience in case management or a related role Required: Experience handling Personal Injury cases in a legal setting Understanding of compliance standards and legal processes
