Will be an active member of the LBG QE Community, sharing knowledge to benefit the Group. Job Description Must Have Skill - JavaScript + automated testing / Test management tooling / API testing / Non functional testing (e.g. performance, security)Test Automation (Cyara), Test management, API Testing, Performance Testing, UAT Years of Exp - 6 - 12 yearsIdentifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management programme with guidance from a project/programme manager. Highlights shortcomings and suggests improvements in current IT Security processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline. Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems. Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems. Sets short term objectives and helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems. Explores issues and/or needs to establish potential causes, related issues and barriers. Defines, delivers, and adapts specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions. Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established strategic planning systems. Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation. Develops product specifications while designing testing procedures and standards.
