Quality Excellence Engineer

Purpose: Lead and implement new initiatives in continuous improvement program. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and participate in improvement initiatives.

Key Area of Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Built-in Quality, Lean Six Sigma, bottom-up initiatives and others across the organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support in various departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering related discipline.

Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in Quality Management in the manufacturing environment.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience in leading and managing improvement projects.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and RBA VAP audit is an added advantage.
