About The Role

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand workforce requirements and create long-term hiring plans.
  • Lead hiring for mid-management, senior management, leadership, and niche roles across multiple functions.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical positions and future business requirements.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to CXOs, Functional Heads, and Business Leaders.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor insights.
  • Drive workforce planning discussions and hiring prioritization with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure a consultative approach towards recruitment decisions and talent availability.

Recruitment Operations & Governance

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, hiring governance, diversity goals, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and improve hiring metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Drive process excellence through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Adani GCC's talent market presence.
  • Lead campus recruitment, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, and strategic talent programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, industry forums, and talent networking platforms.

Offer Management & Candidate Experience

  • Guide compensation discussions, offer approvals, and negotiation strategies for critical hires.
  • Ensure superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage offer governance, approval matrices, and hiring-related escalations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve candidate engagement and joining conversion rates.

Education

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • Graduation in any discipline.

Experience

  • 08-11 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale hiring, leadership hiring, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Experience in GCC, Shared Services, IT, Digital, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Corporate Functions, or diversified business environments.
  • Prior experience leading and managing TA teams is mandatory.
