About The Role

The Manager-Key Relationships-Premium Corporates will be a key member of the CORPORATE EMPLOYEE SOLUTIONS team, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with premium corporate clients. This role requires a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Develop and execute relationship management strategies for premium corporate clients.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions and advice.
Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to offer insightful advice.
Manage and mentor a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-centric approach.
In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to corporates.
Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
