Job Description

De logistiek operator DC Beerse is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van opdrachten en het ontvangen en verzendklaar maken van goederen. Daarnaast dient deze er ook voor te zorgen dat de juiste goederen in de juiste hoeveelheden op het afgesproken tijdstip, vergezeld van de juiste documenten en in de juiste conditie op de juiste plaats of bestemming kunnen worden afgeleverd.

Naast deze aspecten spelen kostenefficientie en kostenoptimalisatie (materialen, werktijden, …) een centrale rol in de dagelijkse werkomgeving. De medewerker van DC Beerse Operations zal in teamverband zorgen dat de doelstellingen van de afdeling worden bereikt. Teamwerk en multifunctionaliteit zijn hierbij van het grootste belang om deze doelstellingen te kunnen realiseren.

De operatoren moeten zowel individueel als in team hun verantwoordelijkheid over de uit te voeren taken opnemen en dit steeds in lijn met ons Credo en de geldende J&J richtlijnen.
