Job Description
Drive the overall Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business in Belgium, with focus on Flanders, by developing and maintaining a trust-based relationship with (clinical) customers. You will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of the interventional product portfolio.
Your role
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clinical customers, aligning Philips’ solutions with their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle for the Image-Guided Therapy portfolio - from lead generation to contract closure.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demos, and site visits to communicate the value proposition.
- Engage with key stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Prepare quotes and respond to tender documents with accurate, timely proposals.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and end-of-life transitions.
- Execute pricing, product mix, and commercial policies in line with business guidelines.
- Achieve sales targets for order intake, revenue, and price realization within the territory.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in Philips CRM system.
- Identify and pursue long-term or performance-based partnership opportunities.
You're the right fit if
- Bachelor’s or Master degree, clinical or related field experience.
- Proven success in B2B capital equipment sales within the healthcare or MedTech sector.
- Demonstrated experience in Image Guided Therapy (IGT), Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, or a closely related interventional environment.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage credibly with physicians, clinicians, and hospital decision-makers on procedural workflows and clinical outcomes.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, tenders, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Ability to build trusted long-term relationships and influence at multiple levels within healthcare organisations.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong planning, pipeline, and territory management capabilities.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €55,416.12–€96,825.97. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
