The

Executive Housekeeper

will oversee all aspects of Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet luxury cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.

This hands-on leader will be responsible for

building the department from the ground up

, including recruiting and developing the team, establishing SOPs and training programs, managing staffing and productivity, controlling labor and inventory costs, and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has proven Housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury or full-service hotel and understands both the

business and operational sides of Housekeeping

. Strong financial acumen, team-building skills, attention to detail, and experience operating to

Forbes Recommended/Four-Star Standards

are essential.
Hilton soft-brand experience, ideally with Curio Collection by Hilton, is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
