About The Role

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, motivated, and high-performing individuals to be a part of our team.

Design and build end to end technical solutions for complex system requirements and supporting applications.
Responsible for key deliverables and engage with Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore stakeholders to successful deliver on requirements.
Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HCM and Finance functions and enhance their employee experiences.
Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
Contribute to the operational efficiency of the Workday practice.

Candidate should have good experience in IT in developing and leading team with focus on Integrations and ERP/SaaS/Cloud based systems.
Experience in workday integration skills including CCW, PECI, PICOF, CCB, Studio, Orchestrate
Strong verbal and written business communication with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
Ability to adapt to change, good time management and an ability to work under stress.

Certifications in Workday Integration Core, Orchestrate CCTPP/Studio (desirable).

BE/ B.Tech/ M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
Experience with Workday Integrations, DT, EIBs, Studio, calculated fields and advanced reports.
Experience in workday DA review process
Experience in leading and mentoring medium-sized technical team / working as subject matter expert through the entire SDLC.
Hands-on integration build / configuration experience in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, CCB, CCTPP & Web Services API, XML, XSLT.
