About The Role

  • Whistleblower / Hotline Management
  • Lead and oversee the corporate whistleblower hotline program and speak-up framework.
  • Ensure effective assessment, escalation, and resolution of whistleblower complaints.

  • Vigilance and Investigations
  • Lead and oversee the enterprise vigilance and investigations program across Nayara Energy and its subsidiaries.
  • Provide strategic direction for the management of fraud, corruption, misconduct, and other ethical investigations.
  • Ensure effective case governance, resource allocation, quality assurance, and timely resolution of sensitive matters.

  • Drive proactive risk mitigation and strengthen organizational safeguards through investigation insights and preventive controls.
  • Investigation Governance & Oversight
  • Oversee fraud investigation governance and control frameworks.
  • Direct forensic reviews and complex fraud investigations.

  • Ensure robust reporting, documentation, and closure oversight.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with senior leadership and assurance functions to strengthen enterprise integrity and risk oversight.
  • Drive enterprise-wide alignment, transparency, and accountability across governance and assurance functions.
  • Strengthen governance effectiveness through proactive stakeholder engagement and integrated assurance oversight.
  • Team Building
  • Build and lead a high-performing investigations team through coaching, mentorship, and capability development.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Execute any other assignments delegated by the Chief Security Officer (CSO) related to the Security function

  • Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Any Professional Degree.
  • Preferred Degrees - B.E. / LL.B / MBA
  • Optional Degrees - PGD (Industrial Engg.) / LL.M / CS / CFA / CA
  • Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
  • Candidate should have prior work experience in the field of GRC / Compliance Risk Management / Corporate Compliance Auditing / Compliance Consulting / Corporate Governance
  • Relevant Experience: 8 -10 Years of GRC / Compliance Risk Management / Corporate Compliance Auditing / Compliance Consulting / Corporate Governance

Total Experience: Post Qualification Experience of 16 - 20 Years
